Jo is a globally respected senior executive in communications, marketing and creative leadership, with 17 years shaping culture-defining work at Nike and alongside the world’s most influential innovators and brands.
A true marketing inter-disciplinarian, Jo held senior leadership roles across Global Communications, Brand Collaborations and Enterprise Culture at Nike, driving transformative change at scale. She is widely recognised as the visionary behind some of Nike’s most defining strategies at the intersection of sport, style, culture and innovation — including founding Nike’s first female collaboration business.
Her leadership built an award-winning portfolio of partnerships that redefined modern sportswear, spanning Nike x Jacquemus, Nike Dance with Parris Goebel, and long-term collaborations with Ambush, Sacai, Martine Rose, Bode, Billie Eilish, Rosalía, Feng Chen Wang and others.
An enterprise growth leader, Jo created new platforms and business spaces for Nike — from Unlaced, the brand’s first women’s sneaker concept with Sarah Andelman, to 45 Grand in New York, and Nike Women’s global magazine for the Paris Olympics, launched at Vogue World and reaching over 60 million women.
Known for igniting iconic cultural moments — from Nike’s first Paris Couture show to category-creating women’s race series — Jo now brings this vision to Glow’s partners, delivering bold, high-impact intersections across sport, fashion and culture.
Mission-led and globally influential, her work includes enterprise innovations such as the Nike Pro Hijab and pioneering new models for women’s sport investment. Jo leads through collaboration, building powerful ecosystems that unlock cultural relevance, brand growth and long-term value.
